What groomers ask us.
I’m not very good with computers. Will I manage?
Yes. It was designed for groomers who’d rather not deal with software at all. The setup guide asks one thing at a time, and everything works with one thumb on your phone.
I’m a mobile groomer, or I do both. Does it still work?
Yes. Tick “I groom at customers’ homes” and choose salon or home for each booking. Days with home visits get a route, with drive times between jobs in your diary, and times offered that leave room for the drive.
I have more than one salon. Can I run them all from one account?
Yes. Switch between branches at the top of your diary, or see them all at once. Customers choose their branch when they book online, or each branch can have its own booking website.
Can my customers book online?
Yes. You get your own booking page to share on Facebook, Instagram or Google. You decide which services can be booked and whether to take a deposit.
Can I bring my clients over from another system?
Not automatically yet. Importing from other systems is one of the next things we’re building.
What happens at the end of the free trial?
Nothing is charged. If you’d like to carry on, you choose a plan. If not, your diary becomes read-only and you can still download your client list.
